Located in the city of Al Feheheel, this project is intended as a contemporary shopping and recreational facility serving the southern region of Kuwait. Design services include the remodeling of 10500m2 of emitting shops, as well as the addition of 4000m2 of new retards, food court, 2 anchor stores and 6000m2 and public activity areas 5000m2. Work also includes surface as well as underground parking facilities (300 cars), urban design and landscaping of plazas arcades, tent structures and walkways, and faced remodeling of the string tower offices blocks and four residential towers. The architectural image is inspired by both traditional and contemporary themes creating a distinctive character that relates to its cultural content.
