Located near the old city of Tripoli, it is intended as a unique
and impressive landmark in the cityscape. The project consists of
two square towers (20 & 24 stories height) with a stepping base.
The lower tower responds to its location by tilting to face the
street corner in order to give better exposure and stronger impact,
it houses offices for an engineering company. While the higher tower
is intended for a bank use. Ground and mezzanine floor are used
for entrance lobby and banking services in the bank building, and
as a flexible open showroom in the lower tower, all upper floors
have semi open plans for office areas. The architectural image is
drawn from traditional references, within a contemporary language.
