A mega Commercial Center, located in a prime site overlooking the Dubai Creek and close to the golf course. It consists of office buildings, shopping mall, residential buildings, and six-star super-luxury hotel, which consist of two high-rise blocks 18 storys each, connected through bridges over a large water canal. The project also includes marina club, administration building and parking garages that service all the buildings. The architectural image displays an innovative use of glass and steel combined with features derived from the rich architectural heritage of the region, providing a landmark statement for this part of Dubai.
